Must Have
BS in Food Science or related field, Knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry, dairy standards and sanitation, Intermediate Computer Skills including Word and Excel, Good communication skills, both written and verbal, Good decision making skills, Ability to work well with others or alone, Ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices
What You'll Do.
Perform laboratory testing to meet standards
and test finished products
Enter data and generate reports
Audit CIP chemical concentrations
Prepare media and lab controls
Operate autoclave for sterilization
Assist with lab equipment PMs
Track enzyme and vitamin usage
Test incoming raw milk
Perform daily cleanup and review racking systems
Participate in environmental testing
Verify plant equipment sanitation
Conduct daily audits for sanitation and GMP
Evaluate end-of-code product
Evaluate in-process and finished product samples
and cleanliness standards
