What You'll Do.
Ensure machines are set up accurately
Prepare builds for breakout stage
Complete breakouts for completed builds
Maintain machine cleanliness
Conduct light maintenance tasks
Complete raw material handling processes
Assist in material management
Blend materials according to recipes
Perform powder sieve processes
Collaborate with pre- and post- build teams
Communicate build timelines
Report issues immediately
Work closely with Maintenance team
Prevent machine issues
Assist in removal and disposal of contaminated materials
Assist in troubleshooting build crashes
Remove crashed builds
Prepare machines for rebuilds
Complete assignments given by Lead
Seek ways to improve work processes
Seek ways to improve individual performance
Follow processes to maintain inventory levels
Follow processes to maintain supply levels
Complete applicable checklists
Maintain a clean and safe work area

The Lab Technician ensures machines are prepared for production and removal of builds, management of materials, and overall cleanliness of the machines and the machine lab, while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Shift: Monday - Thursday 9pm-7am ## What you will do Ensure machines are set up accurately for builds to begin and complete as scheduled, including turning over machines in accordance with established procedures.
