Start: July 1st, 2026 | Level: Junior / Intermediate | Location: Elmshorn | Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) Your Start in the Quality Team at ESN & More! As a Lab Technician (gn), you will be responsible for conducting and evaluating quality controls for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using modern chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory analysis methods. You bring experience in sample preparation, equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as the implementation and validation of new testing methods and the continuous improvement of quality standards. Your mission Perform quality controls on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using modern analytical methods (chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory) Handle sample preparation and monitor testing equipment Actively contribute to projects such as the introduction and validation of new measurement methods Maintain, service, and calibrate laboratory equipment Support the creation and optimization of work instructions as well as the organization of laboratory consumables Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality standards Your experience & skills Completed training as a CTA, chemical laboratory technician, or a comparable qualification Ideally, experience with HPLC, GC, and LIMS systems Confident handling of MS Office applications Fluent German and good English skills Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible, structured, and goal-oriented working style Why choose us?
