The Opportunity ConvenientMD is seeking a part-time Lab Technician to join our growing laboratory team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering high-quality diagnostic testing that supports patient care across our Urgent Care, Advanced Primary Care, and Specialty Care services. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll perform a wide range of laboratory tests to detect genetic materials in biological samples, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all quality and safety standards. This is a part-time position, working approximately 24–30 hours per week, and requires availability to work weekend days as part of the regular schedule. Your Impact Laboratory Testing & Analysis Perform specialized molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and blood work (CBC) with precision and consistency. Prepare and process biological samples, including DNA and RNA extraction, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout all testing stages. Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and meticulously document findings in accordance with lab protocols. Accurately enter test results into the Lab Information System (LIS / Dendi) and maintain the daily lab dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs). Quality & Compliance Maintain the highest standards of quality control to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Follow all established laboratory protocols, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, COLA, NH DHHS).
