What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent. Basic Computer Data Entry Skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights. Visual, speaking, and touch is essential. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Nice to Have
Experience with food safety a plus. Previous laboratory experience helpful. Knowledge of food safety in manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn to operate laboratory devices and machinery.

Communicate to management when test results indicate that corrective action is necessary 2. Prioritize oil samples as they arrive in the laboratory 3. Complete analytical testing and paperwork in a timely manner 4. Enter all analysis into data base (TLC) 5. Learn procedures as necessary 6.
