What You'll Do.
Oversee operations in designated territory
Ensure specimen collection
Ensure specimen processing
Ensure specimen transport
Maintain appropriate staffing levels
Publish work schedule
Maintain work schedule
Perform payroll functions
Monitor employee clockings
Adjust employee clockings
Submit payroll promptly
Responsible for hiring
Responsible for orienting
Responsible for training
Responsible for performance management
Responsible for periodic performance review
Participate in Quality Management program
Submit timely reports
Monitor errors in specimen collection
Monitor errors in specimen processing
Monitor errors in data entry
Track errors in specimen collection
Track errors in specimen processing
Track errors in data entry
Address errors in specimen collection
Address errors in specimen processing

Perform periodic audits
Respond to building maintenance needs
Respond to repair needs
Submit estimates for repairs
Work directly with contractors

Complete all mandatory education
Fill-in at sites as necessary
