Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in clinical laboratory science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Biochemistry, Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or ASCP Certification, 5 years of experience in a laboratory tech setting
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a leadership position in a laboratory tech environment
What You'll Do.
Coordinates workflows including organizing
Assists the leadership team with operational and administrative functions
Maintains laboratory functions
Ensures policies and procedures are completed
Hires and assist with onboarding top talent
Evaluates the competency of all testing personnel
Ensures that patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken
Participates in committees
and improvement teams
Ensures all changes within the laboratory are sufficiently validated
