TxDOT’s Austin District's Laboratory is seeking a Lab Lead (Technical Project Manager II) in Austin, TX . In this role, you will support advanced engineering, architectural, and construction-related initiatives. In this role, you will provide leadership in project planning, oversight, and execution while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This position manages complex project objectives, oversees QA/QC activities, and maintains the integrity and accuracy of all project deliverables. The Lab Lead Project Manager collaborates extensively with agency leadership, governmental partners, and private entities to advance project goals. This role serves as a lead worker, guiding team members in daily tasks, problem‑solving, and technical decision‑making.
