Perform hardware rework operations
Execute failure analysis
Investigate non-conforming hardware
Develop SOPs for rework
Maintain SOPs for recovery
Maintain SOPs for quality control
Implement safety protocols
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Lead process improvement initiatives
Increase rework efficiency
Improve first-pass yield
Conduct detailed inspections
Test reworked hardware
Validate functionality
Collaborate with engineering teams
Validate rework procedures
Implement corrective actions
Document technical issues
