Associates Degree, Minimum 2 years experience in a laboratory, research, or regulated environment, Microsoft Office skill, Experience with document control systems (e. g. , Windchill), SharePoint, Teams, and other office software tools, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Experience in managing department finance including purchase orders, invoices, and reports

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders

Communicate directly with vendors

Monitor and report finance numbers

Support change management processes

Ensure compliance with internal procedures

Monitor and ensure correct training is assigned

Manage Master Service Agreements

and vendor performance

Coordinate with procurement

Administer laboratory time tracking software

Serve as a key point of contact

Maintain and administer SharePoint sites

Support the sample receipt process

Assign samples to appropriate scientists

Ensure proper documentation
