You will work together with the team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate care for patients. **Responsibilities** * You will perform venipunctures professionally and with skill at various sites and explain to patient the procedure * You will ensure draws are collected in a timely manner and check all workload pending lists periodically for specimen accountability * You will accurately label patient samples following hospital policy **Requirements** * Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist Certification (MA-P) or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible * Experience in a hospital setting preferred **About Deaconess Hospital** Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region.
