HS Diploma or GED, CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician (California), 2 years recent relevant experience

Analyze Laboratory quality control
Analyze patient specimens
Perform quality assurance tasks
Operate Laboratory analyzers
Maintain Laboratory analyzers
Troubleshoot Laboratory analyzers
Collect blood specimens
Interact with patients
Complete computerized tasks
Perform post-analytic tasks
Provide guidance to phlebotomists
Provide guidance to lab assistants
Adhere to regulations
Order Laboratory testing
Perform waived testing
Perform moderate complexity testing
Perform job duties accurately
Perform job duties precisely
