Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently, Exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature, Exposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours per work day to include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells and allergies, Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures, Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, Ability to work in or under the equipment, Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties, Ability to operate work related equipment, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Freezer Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Plant Operation, May have to sample food while evaluating Lamb Weston products, Climbing to various heights via stairs or ladders on a regular basis
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Lock-out/Tag-out certification, Forklift certification, Sanitation certification, Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing, Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral, Ability to perform basic math functions, basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently, Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures, Ability to work with hands and arms overhead, Ability to work in or under the equipment, Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties, Ability to operate work related equipment, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, Climbing to various heights via stairs or ladders on a regular basis

What You'll Do.
constant monitoring of the batter system
operate and troubleshoot the batter and condiment equipment
Understands how to look up QA Specifications for batter and condiment
Understands product codes and labels on batter and condiment tickets and how to use manifest to track inventory
handles and hangs batter bags
Monitors and adjust sugar mix tank concentration as required
Monitors and adds condiment to the formed line hopper when needed
Maintains dry batter hopper and auger levels as needed
Assembles/Disassemble batter equipment when needed
Maintains expected level of sanitation in work area
Fills out paperwork as required
Understands chemicals and the hazards associated with the processing area
Performs assigned duties during cut changes and defrost as required
Cleans under and around batter and sugar mix areas
