## **Líder de Pontón – Svitzer Perú (Melchorita)** En Svitzer Perú estamos en búsqueda de un/a **Líder de Pontón** para sumarse a nuestras operaciones en Melchorita. ### **¿Cuál será tu rol?** Serás responsable de asegurar la operación segura y eficiente del Pontón, supervisando maniobras de amarre, liderando al equipo a bordo y garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y mantenimiento. ### **Principales responsabilidades:** * Supervisar y ejecutar maniobras de amarre y desamarre * Asegurar el mantenimiento del Pontón y sus instalaciones * Gestionar materiales, herramientas e inventarios a bordo * Supervisar al personal y asegurar cumplimiento de normas HSE * Controlar trabajos de contratistas y permisos asociados ### **¿Qué buscamos?** * Experiencia en operaciones marítimas (pontón, remolcadores o similar) * Experiencia liderando equipos operativos * Conocimiento de estándares de seguridad y uso de EPP * Capacidad de trabajo en entornos operativos exigentes ### **¿Qué ofrecemos?** * Formar parte de una compañía global del sector marítimo * Operaciones dinámicas y de alto estándar * Desarrollo profesional en un entorno operativo **Building a Diverse Workplace** In Svitzer we value the diversity of our talent and will always strive to recruit the best person for the job – we value diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to gender, age, nationality, race, sexual orientation, disability, or religious beliefs.
