We’re making history and the good news is we’ve only just begun Job Title: L&D Trainer Location: JPX1 Summary: We are looking for a Trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning & Development initiatives across the 3P network within our Fulfillment Center operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in delivering regional training, monitoring associate development and learning readiness across multiple sites. They should be well-versed in learning needs identification, content improvement, and designing solutions that drive skill building and quality performance. The role requires someone who can manage training-related escalations, coordinate effectively with site operations teams, and independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships — taking full ownership of projects to drive meaningful problem resolution. Key job responsibilities Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training across all FC operations including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping Train associates on equipment operation including radio frequency scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkie-riders Maintain expertise in all production processes to provide effective, real-world training Stay current with latest techniques, tools, and operational processes Operational Execution: Perform all warehouse functions as needed, including picking orders on multi-level mezzanines, packing and shipping customer orders, and troubleshooting operational issues Operate mater
