Must Have
Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles, execution and coordination skills, Comfort working with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems (LMS/HRIS), Clear communication and facilitation skills, especially in group settings, A practical mindset, High ownership, energy and willingness to get things done in a fast-moving environment
What You'll Do.
strengthening employee engagement

design and run programs that improve connection
Own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar
Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end
Coordinate learning programs across technical
and leadership topics
Maintain training logistics
Run onboarding culture sessions
Partner with People Ops and leaders to embed culture
and recognition into daily practices
Track engagement and learning data
and continuously improve program quality and impact
