ABOUT THE ROLE As an L&D Specialist, you are responsible for strengthening employee engagement, learning, and culture across the organisation. You will design and run programs that improve connection, capability, and performance—while ensuring initiatives are practical, well-executed, and aligned with how BJAK actually works. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will own engagement programs, learning coordination, onboarding culture sessions, and initiatives that reinforce BJAK’s values in day-to-day work—not just presentations or events.
