L&D business partnering for learning consultancy and L&D services as well as deployment/training delivery for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as subcontractors. This role reports to L&D Manager, Southeast Asia **What will you be doing?** * Works closely with local business leaders and HR colleagues to drive L&D agenda as well as consult on development, provide L&D services and deliver selected trainings for the country. * Deploys sales and leadership trainings him/herself and ensure technical Trainers are deploying technical learning solutions. * Manages KONE Academy and ensures training equipment are well maintained and up to date. * Manages subcontractor training for safety certificates and installation & maintenance method passports. * Delivers trainings and deploys L&D services as defined in the Training Plan. * Runs apprentice programs * Releases additional training campaigns e.g. for safety and follows them through in the country. * Contributes to country LT development together with Unit HR. * Manages internal trainer networks across the country. * Manages coaching, mentoring and 360 leadership assessment actions in country. * Communicates and follows through mandatory training reach e.g. compliance, safety etc. * Facilitates and promotes learner centric learning culture, runs campaigns on country. * Focuses on field training discipline, data accuracy and KPIs transparency including improvement suggestions.
