Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary legal and regulatory advisor for new product launches, features, and initiatives on the global platform being involved end to end in the launch of new products Conduct regulatory gap analyses for target jurisdictions to assess the permissibility and risk profile of product offerings in markets where the exchange has not yet obtained local licenses Develop and maintain product compliance frameworks, playbooks, and decision matrices for the global product team Advise Product, Tech, Business and Fiat teams on regulatory constraints, user eligibility requirements, geo-restrictions, and risk mitigation strategies aligning these with internal guidelines Assess regulatory classification of products (spot trading, derivatives, lending, staking, earn products, launchpad offerings, co
