Serve as the senior compliance advisor to business leadership on strategic initiatives, product launches, partnerships, and commercial growth plans. Provide practical, risk-based advice across Product, BD, Marketing, Operations, Institutional, VIP, and regional business teams. Support expansion into new jurisdictions by assessing regulatory implications, licensing considerations, conduct requirements, and operating model risks. Partner with Legal, AML, Risk, and internal stakeholders/teams on cross-functional regulatory matters.
