Must Have
Experience in KYC, AML, CTF, compliance, or risk management, ideally at least 2 years., understanding of corporate structures and international onboarding requirements., Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Previous mentoring or informal leadership experience is a plus, even if not in a formal team lead role., Familiarity with advisory, consulting, or transactional environments is an advantage.
What You'll Do.
Supervise and support a team of KYC analysts in their daily onboarding tasks.
provide constructive feedback
and help them develop their technical and professional skills.
Organise workload distribution to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are clear.
Act as the first point of escalation for questions
or complex risk situations.
Review and validate KYC files
and compliance with internal policies.
Oversee screening results (PEPs
adverse media) and guide the team on how to handle higher‑risk findings.
Ensure that risk ratings
and assessments are applied consistently across the team.
Support the completion of client
and third‑party risk assessments.

Collaborate with client engagement teams to ensure all risk‑related requirements are completed before project launch.; Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and guidance when needed.
