Key responsibilities: Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance. Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner. Identify potential issues/opportunities from the daily work and escalate to manager for further follow-up. Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned. Oversee SLAs to ensure alignment with team and business goals.
