What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-3 years of specialized experience conducting CDD/EDD with corporate clients, Foundational knowledge of entity onboarding requirements, Ability to interpret ownership structures, Good analytical skills, Ability to follow procedures, Ability to apply regulatory or documentation requirements, Communication skills (both written and verbal), Demonstrated experience in direct client contact

Nice to Have

Experience within the financial services/FinTech sector, Foundational experience in CDD and EDD, Good understanding of financial crime typologies, Proactive mindset, Highly organized, Detail-oriented

What You'll Do.

Conducting comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks for corporate clients

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements

Maintaining direct contact with clients to effectively communicate onboarding standards

Identifying complex ownership structures and financial transaction patterns

Making informed risk-based decisions on client applications

Managing own portfolio of cases

Collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences

Providing operational oversight and ad-hoc technical support to resolve case-specific bottlenecks

Collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences; Communicate effectively with Front Office teams to balance commercial needs with regulatory requirements

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); Demonstrated experience in direct client contact
