6 months to 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, CTF, compliance, or risk management (internships and traineeships count), Basic understanding of corporate structures (e. g. , shareholders, directors, UBOs), Attention to detail and good organisational skills, Comfortable working with documents, databases, and internal systems, Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new concepts, Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of international regulations is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support the onboarding of new clients across several international jurisdictions
Collect and review documents from new clients to verify their identity and business activities
Apply the correct level of due diligence (SDD
CDD or EDD) depending on the client’s risk level
Help ensure that all required information is complete before a project begins
Review screening results for PEPs
Flag any unusual or high-risk findings to senior team members
Analyse different types of corporate structures and ownership chains
Submit and complete risk assessments on our KYC platform
Help ensure that all onboarding steps follow internal compliance processes via our internal systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with client engagement teams to make sure all client information is complete, accurate, and compliant; Work closely with the MLRO team located in the UK to coordinate onboarding steps
