What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC or similar roles, Previous experience in a fintech or fast-paced environment is a must, Experience in processing KYC and EDD cases for UK/EU commercial lending or banking customers, Bachelor’s level degree or professional qualification, Good oral and written communication skills required, Fluency in verbal and written English is required, Available to work in shifts to cover U. S. hours every other week from 14: 00 to 22: 00 CET, Eligible to work in Poland without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience using JIRA and SQL is a plus
What You'll Do.
Onboarding customers based on internal policies and procedures
and Adverse Media alerts
Perform enhanced due diligence reviews on business customers and their owners
Generate and maintain appropriate case documentation
Escalate any issues or complex cases and ensure their resolution
Other ad-hoc business due diligence-related tasks
Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding flow
suggest automation or workflow improvements
