Bachelor degree of Business Administration with Marketing focus or equivalent with specialization in Marketing & Business Administration, Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in brand management in an FMCG or FMCH (consumer) background, Worked on ATL activities & direct communication to consumers, with analytical skills & business acumen (knows how to manage P&Ls & do full shares analysis on brands), To have the ability to work across teams to achieve business and organizational objectives, & have analytical skills and business acumen to realize the overall strategy for the brand., Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders to drive business agenda effectively.

Lead day to day brand operations
Monitor brand market share
Contribute to volume forecasting
Ensure flawless execution of brand activities
Continuously monitor brand’s P&L
tracks and analyses market performance
Responsible for managing creative agencies
Ensures brand heart and global positioning
Collaborates with shopper marketing team
Work with the media agency
Owns the brand’s A&P budget
Tracks the A&P spending
Communicates with the area team
