Eligibility Requirements

Approximately 50% travel. Must attain Series 65 or 7 within the first 180 days of employment if not already held.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A minimum of ten years of applicable Planning experience or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer focus. Ability to work as a team member. Working knowledge of investment/securities.

Nice to Have

Understanding of Client Experience & Client Journeys. Project management experience. Management Experience.

What You'll Do.

The Regional Director of Planning & Investments is responsible for driving financial planning engagement within the mass affluent segment by managing key priorities such as advisor development, coaching, and delivering a superior client experience.

This role involves serving as an in-house solutions consultant, educating advisors on aligning solutions to client goals, and representing the assigned territory as a subject matter expert on financial planning and solutions.

The position also entails maintaining risk controls, training on financial planning processes and software, and supporting the advice-based sales process.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with KPC Regional Executive on planning engagement strategy in the region. Support KPC Market Leaders across the region on financial planning process. Partner with Planning & Advice Center (Centralized Planning) on planning tools training and advisor development. Work with KPC Practice Management team to execute on advisor training priorities. Partner with other parts of Key Wealth Management including but not limited to Private Client Advisors, KPB Planning Leaders, the CIO office and practice management and field-based Key Wealth Market and Region Leaders.
