Full Job Description
## Description We’re Hiring: Korean Music Content Specialists (Remote in Japan) Are you passionate about music, lyrics, and all things metadata? Do you have a knack for detail and a love for creating high-quality content? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join our team as a Music Content Specialist! The specialists will be involved in curating and managing lyrical and metadata content in their target language in line with project and industry priorities. Your role is to evaluate the quality of both internal and external partner content to ensure the quality and standards of the finished products before they reach the user. We are looking for applicants with strong backgrounds in music, lyrics, metadata analysis, translation/transliteration, and localization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing music lyrics content — including synchronization of lyrics, proofreading/editing/QC-ing lyrics, and analyzing music/artist metadata. You will need excellent linguistic skills, strong music knowledge, a passion for technology, and a willingness to question current workflows with a mindset to improve tools and processes. Type: Full time- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (40 hours) ## What You’ll Do Lyrics: Perform in-depth analysis and synchronization of lyrics for high-priority content. Review and verify the accuracy of lyrics sourced from partners, ensuring alignment with established quality standards. Maintain comprehensive time-synchronization coverage for the top 80% of playback activity. Adhere to and enhance internal review guidelines and multilingual reference materials to optimize workflows and improve localization accuracy. Proactively contribute to high-priority, time-sensitive ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. Music Curation: Polish top Korean market albums weekly. Refine albums and tracks featured in campaigns. Ensure metadata accuracy and maintain polishing coverage for the top 80% of plays. Perform updates and modificat
