All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Role Overview We are looking for a KOL Specialist (Freelance Contractor) to support our influencer marketing and creator engagement efforts for the Malaysia market. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to identify, manage, and activate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital promotions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. KOL & INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT - Identify and onboard relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with the Malaysia market and brand positioning. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers across different categories (lifestyle, fintech, lifestyle, etc.). - Manage end-to-end influencer collaboration process including briefing, negotiation, and coordination. 2. CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Work closely with the marketing team to execute KOL-driven campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness. - Ensure influencers deliver content according to campaign guidelines and timelines. - Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met. 3. CONTENT & BRIEF COORDINATION - Translate marketing objectives into clear influencer briefs. - Ensure content produced by KOLs aligns with brand tone, messaging, and compliance requirements.
