You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role demands strong communication, data-driven thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.   What You’ll Do 1. KOL & Influencer Management - Identify, evaluate, and shortlist KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. - Source, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers based on campaign objectives. - Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, approvals, content reviews, and KPI alignment. - Maintain influencer relationship databases, track deliverables, and nurture long-term partnerships. 2. Affiliate Program Management - Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships (e-commerce platforms, bloggers, brand ambassadors). - Track affiliate performance and optimize based on metrics such as CTR, conversions, and revenue. 3. Strategy & Trend Insights - Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and KOL best practices. - Recommend new content ideas and campaign strategies to enhance
