Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations or related majors, 2+ years of professional experience in influencer strategy, KOL portfolio management or marketing consulting projects, Solid experience in cross-category resource integration and end-to-end commercial negotiation with premium/mid-tier influencers, Proven project management capabilities in commercial marketing scenarios, capable of coordinating multi-department resources to deliver strategic targets
Nice to Have
Deep understanding of multi-category influencer portfolio logic and mainstream platform FMCG, beauty and health & wellness industry experience, stakeholder influencing ability with zero-authority influence experience across cross-functional teams, Exceptional verbal and written English & Chinese communication skills, capable of compiling professional strategic reports and SOP documents
