It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. * Monitor the influencer marketing ecosystem including Douyin and other mainstream platforms, benchmark competitor’s KOC portfolio strategies, and craft the company’s short-term and long-term category-level KOC development roadmap. * Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, compare internal KOC operation mechanisms with industry peers, mobilize cross-functional teams to implement strategic adjustments, capability building and resource allocation plans. * Identify high-value KOC cooperation opportunities for different product categories, deliver tailored strategic solutions to category verticals, and summarize replicable best practices for cross-business deployment. * Empower and coach business teams on KOC marketing logic, develop differentiated KOC cooperation programs aligned with corporate top-level strategic priorities. * Routinely communicate KOC portfolio performance with cross-functional marketers, diagnose existing problems and deliver targeted strategic support. * Oversee full-lifecycle MCN partnership management, conduct MCN-oriented BD outreach and commer
