Eligibility Requirements

You are a national of a [CERN Member or Associate Member State](https://home.cern/about/member-states)., You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.

Must Have

Professional experience or academic exposure to technology transfer or license management, research or innovation management, funding programme management, or a comparable role in an industrial or academic environment., Experience with administrative and financial project management, Experience working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment., You are a national of a [CERN Member or Associate Member State](https://home.cern/about/member-states)., You have a professional background in Business, Administration or STEM (or a related field) and have either: a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience., You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.

Nice to Have

Knowledge and experience in electronics and/or software technologies is an advantage., Experience in programme or project management is an asset., Experience with IP and CRM tools for innovation management or knowledge transfer is an asset.

What You'll Do.

Manage the lifecycle of CERN's Medical Applications Budget

Manage the lifecycle of the KT Fund

Define qualitative and quantitative KPIs

Contribute to KPI continuous improvement

Act as Scientific Secretary for the Medical Applications Project Forum

Plan and organise meetings

Organise project reviews

Organise presentations

Manage a portfolio of licensing

Manage KT partnerships

Monitor licensing portfolio performance

Maintain electronic records

Contribute to reporting

Act as primary interface with internal partners

Act as primary interface with external partners

Analyse business processes

Optimise business processes
