Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst. Reporting to the Director, Process Design & Change Management, this role will create and execute communications and engagement strategies for both short-term and long-term initiatives at the firm. The Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst role is part of our Knowledge Management & Practice Services (KM & PS) department, which focuses on capturing, storing, and sharing information to drive practice innovation. The KM & PS team, a multidisciplinary group of professionals, supports our attorneys in solving legal and business challenges and delivering exceptional client services. This position will reside in either our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. **_Primary Functions and Responsibilities_** * Assist the Project Engagement Manager in developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for user engagement, training, and adoption. * Manage assigned projects and associated activities to produce deliverables on time and within scope and budget. * Regularly monitor and report on end user feedback and adoption progress, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
