Reporting to the Director, Process Design & Change Management, this role will create and execute communications and engagement strategies for both short-term and long-term initiatives at the firm. The Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst role is part of our Knowledge Management & Practice Services (KM & PS) department, which focuses on capturing, storing, and sharing information to drive practice innovation. The KM & PS team, a multidisciplinary group of professionals, supports our attorneys in solving legal and business challenges and delivering exceptional client services. This position will reside in either our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. **_Primary Functions and Responsibilities_** * Assist the Project Engagement Manager in developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for user engagement, training, and adoption. * Manage assigned projects and associated activities to produce deliverables on time and within scope and budget. * Regularly monitor and report on end user feedback and adoption progress, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
