As a **Knowledge Services Operations Intern,** you will gain hands on experience in Knowledge Management within a global organisation, supporting real initiatives that shape how information is created, governed and scaled. This is a great opportunity to build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful transformation work. **Location:** Wrocław, Poland **Duration:** 12 months **Required:** Student status throughout the entire internship **What will you be doing?** You will support the Global Business Services Service Management team as they deliver the 2026 Knowledge Management roadmap. Starting with core operational activities, you will gradually take on broader responsibilities and contribute to initiatives that improve content quality, standardise processes and prepare the organisation for AI enabled knowledge solutions. Along the way, you will collaborate with stakeholders across regions, learn how global services operate and see how well managed knowledge makes a real impact. **What will you need to be successful?** To thrive in this role, you will bring curiosity, structure and a willingness to learn in a fast moving, global environment. • You are a student in Business, Information Management, IT, Engineering or a related field, with a strong interest in Knowledge Management and service operations • You have good analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality • You communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, and enjoy working collaboratively with others • You are proactive, eager to learn and interested in technology and AI enabled services **You.
