Must Have

Top Secret Clearance, BA Degree, A minimum of eight (8) years of knowledge/content management and administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Administrative Support: Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication. Content Management: Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copywriting, marketing, and DoW access control. Knowledge Management: Expertise in change management, data analysis, database management, large-scale content curation/management, and DoW business/content processes., Demonstrated expertise in Structured Query Language SQL to extract, analyze, and manage metadata across large-scale enterprise content repositories and DoW databases and business processes.

What You'll Do.

Day-to-day execution of JDS’s knowledge and content management procedures and internal JDS administrative support.

Coordinating organizational calendar

and conference schedules.

Supporting meetings of management bodies held at JDS.

Providing all necessary support to facilitate or present at meetings

working group meetings

Providing ad hoc external admin support to and content management for relevant partners and organizations within the strategic analysis community.

Collaborating with programmers and JDS government on website design

Developing production timelines

Coordinating conference room and Video Teleconference (VTC) requirements.

Receiving and handling visit access requests.

CAPE JDS is a multi-source funded and OSD CAPE managed organization responsible for identifying, collecting, developing, analyzing, managing, and disseminating historical, current, and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory, capabilities, and deployment data (including planning, programming, and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG). JDS develops standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support. Additionally, JDS supports AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses. Knowledge Manager (KM) focuses on the day-to-day execution of JDS’s knowledge and content management procedures and internal JDS administrative support.
