Must Have
TS required to be considered for the position, Bachelor’s degree, Ten (10) years of experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Military or operations research-related field (e.g., U.S. current military operations, munitions, readiness, and deployment routines covering air/space, ground, special operations, and maritime domains), The DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) DOD process, Force and capability development within the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) or equivalent DoD frameworks, A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with DOD stakeholders to collect, maintain, and refine complex datasets (e.g., force structure modeling, operation readiness, and global logistics data), A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated ability leading DOD analytic and/or operations research teams focused on force structure planning, capability gap assessment, or force posture analysis as a Team Lead, A minimum of 10 years, possessing adeptness in interfacing clients regarding data-driven policy decisions, requirements generation, and strategic planning, or demonstrated expertise in using Structured Query Language (SQL) to manage and query logistics and force inventories, personnel readiness databases, and intelligence reports
