3+ years of experience providing knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by creating a knowledge management framework, including designing processes and protocol for storing, accessing, and updating information, Experience leading and directing various teams to achieve high-performance outcomes with DoD or IC agencies, Experience leading process improvement and modernization efforts to enhance governance, optimize business functions, improve AI capabilities, and promote collaboration, Experience developing and delivering executive‑level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans, to inform senior leadership decisions, Ability to provide senior program and project management support, including assisting with developing strategic plans, policies, SOPs, and organizational performance metrics in a manner that enhances organizational efficiency, reduces time spent searching for information, and supports data-driven decision-making, Ability to lead organizational engagement, facilitating meetings and data working groups, representing the directorate to IC and DoD partners, and providing actionable insights through metrics analysis and performance assessments, Active TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam, Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management field and 3+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role, or 7+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree
