Full Job Description

S. office, the Knowledge Management Data Steward will be responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and consistency of data supporting the firm’s Corporate and Regulatory practices. As part of the Knowledge Management (KM) team, this role partners closely with the Information Governance (IG) and Records Management (RM) teams to ensure that transactional data across internal systems is accurate, secure, and maintained in alignment with firmwide governance protocols. This role will collaborate with attorneys, practice managers, and business services to support transactional-centric initiatives through reliable data stewardship. This role reports to the Knowledge Attorney. Responsibilities include: Serve as primary data steward for Corporate Transactions related data assets across repositories and systems. This includes tracking data for M conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
