What You'll Do.
Conduct research on complex legal topics and provide tailored legal support to the team.
Draft legal memoranda
and contribute to internal and external publications.
Prepare client communications to share Clifford Chance's expertise.
Stay updated on legal developments and disseminate knowledge to the team.
Contribute to junior lawyer education and organise internal meetings and conferences for knowledge sharing.
Gather know-how of the department and contribute to the knowledge collection of the team and organise internal meetings and conferences for knowledge sharing.
Maintain and enhance the template library
and update knowledge platforms.
Ensure coordination and alignment of legal knowledge management initiatives within the Luxembourg office and across the firm.
Actively participate in local and global knowledge management initiatives.
