S. office (New York preferred), the Knowledge Attorney will sit at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and experimentation within the Mergers must be admitted to practice and in good standing in the state where they will be based. Minimum of 4 years of experience in M other transactional backgrounds will be considered on a case by case basis. Demonstrated ability to apply legal training to new contexts, including workflow design, tool development, or process improvement efforts; personal or professional coding or tech-related building experience is very highly valued.
