Our optimism transforms outcomes. As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Administration & Content Management * Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from: * RFPs and proposals * Project deliverables * Methodologies and frameworks * External publications and benchmarks * Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories. * Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently. * Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time. Data Quality & Governance * Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards. * Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories. * Monitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary. * Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation.
