* Prepare, cook, and present bakery, pastry, or à la carte dishes according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in daily ‘mise en place’ and ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well‑stocked * Support senior chefs in production tasks and contribute to menu execution * Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation * Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations * Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food waste * Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive kitchen environment ## Requirements * Experience in a professional kitchen (level depends on position) * Passion for culinary arts, creativity, and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards * Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
