What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of professional kitchen experience, dishwashing experience, prep/cook experience, expediting experience, working knowledge of U.S. measurements, weight and volume, ability to follow instructions on safe use of all chemical/cleaning materials, ability to meet deadlines, ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time, ability to walk, lift, twist, bend, reach, and handle food products on a frequent basis, ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
Nice to Have
culinary training, ServSafe training certification, Bilingual in Spanish and English
What You'll Do.
Prepare menu items accurately and promptly
Cook menu items in cooperation with staff
Remake items when instructed
Adhere to Food Handlers Safety guidelines
Maintain order and cleanliness
Keep kitchen areas stocked
Accurately maintain waste logs
Keep supervisor and manager up to date on inventory
