What You'll Do.
Manage the kitchen operations
Oversee food preparation and service
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Develop community relations
Ensure reimbursable meal recognition
Complete professional standards training
Maintain meals per labor hour
Approve payroll and time off
Manage staffing and coverage
Maintain financial records
Ensure cash collection accuracy
Monitor regulatory compliance
Pursue regulatory changes
Manage breakfast program
Train and develop kitchen staff
Deliver safety and HACCP training
Manage kitchen assistants
Share communications with staff
Oversee sanitation and cleaning
Maintain unit security
Follow safe food preparation
