What You'll Do.
setting up breakfast and lunch
preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager
guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager
ensuring the optimal use of the food
maintaining adequate communication with other team members
keeping your work area clean
ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management
properly identify and date all food items
participate in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time
helping to prep for the next shift
set up catering carts
Follow the food safety standards and the brand standards
Do the daily cleaning of dishes and pots/pans and designated areas
Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor
Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
