What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must annually complete all USDA Mandatory Professional Standards training hours, HACCP standards, school food regulations, health department sanitation standards, Point of Sale system, customer service, Verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
Nice to Have
May lead training for other kitchen staff members
