What You'll Do.
Assist in preparation of school lunch program
Set up and cleanup serving areas
Dishwashing and sanitation of work stations
Ensure proper cooking temperatures
Record food temperatures
Follow menu and recipe instructions
Unload and store delivered food items
Reconcile monies daily
