Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience in ERP-related technical analyst, application analyst, developer, or similar roles, Hands-on experience building or supporting ERP-related technical objects such as reports, dashboards, forms/UI customizations, workflows/automation, interfaces, or data conversion components, ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or major enhancement efforts, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing and/or aerospace environments
What You'll Do.

Contribute heavily to hands-on development and technical problem solving
supportable ERP solution
Deepen technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic and related tools
Support future Aerospace site rollouts
Provide ongoing post-go-live support and enhancement capability
