What They're Looking For.
Must Have
18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required, College level coursework in ECE or CDA required, Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for 4- and 5-year-old children is required
Nice to Have
1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
